One intranet.
A smoother transition.
I rebuilt Sonitrol Pacific’s intranet on Pye-Barker’s SharePoint network following the acquisition. The two-month project covered more than 1,000 pages, over 100 forms and more than 10,000 online document files. I owned the work from proposal through launch.

Rebuilt for the people
who depend on it.
The goal was to help Sonitrol Pacific employees transition into Pye-Barker with a streamlined intranet and dependable everyday forms. I refined the existing content, removed outdated material and updated the information employees still needed.
Audit & rebuild.
I reviewed the entire intranet and more than 10,000 online document files, deciding what to keep or archive, updating documents where needed and organizing retained files into the new SPIN 2.0 hierarchy. I also removed obsolete page content and recreated useful resources in a cleaner SharePoint structure.
Forms that follow through.
Using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, I built workflows that routed submissions according to selected fields, automated responses and included an approval process.
Ownership from start to finish.
I proposed the approach, planned and implemented the work, tested the forms and workflows and launched SPIN 2.0. I taught myself Power Automate to deliver the project’s requirements.
The result: a more streamlined intranet and automated form processes that made the Sonitrol Pacific team’s transition into Pye-Barker easier and more efficient.
Approved work.
Ready to use.
I built a SharePoint library of approved graphics, captions and campaign resources so team members could find prepared material and publish consistent brand messages.
